What is Art Vistas?​

Art Vistas is an Art Curriculum that was developed in Union School District by parents who wanted to provide Fine Art instruction and hands-on art workshops to all children. The Oster Elementary Art Vistas program is run by a team of energetic parent volunteers, and funded by our Home and School Club. The curriculum combines both art history and art instruction by introducing the works of the great masters and their historical periods, and teaching the techniques and mediums of each artist. Oster hosts its own Art Vistas Art Show during Open House each Spring where student art from each classroom can be observed and appreciated in a gallery format.
